Italian Officers cap badge: help identifying

My grandpa brought this back after the war, I know its Italian, but that's it anyone know what this is thanks

An Italian Fascist badge of woven bullion-in superb condition and almost certainly belonging to an Officer. E-Medals has a very similar one paired with some collar tabs and priced at $150-which is a bargain, in my opinion.
