Italian RSI Flagpole / Standard ?

Yes RSI, it is a gnr (guardia nazionale repubblicana) pole top

hi,
quite rare to find especially if original, price on the market here is around 300€ + for 12 inches tall ones how big is that one?

Thanks for that, I thought that there would not be many arround. The guy I bought it off was having a clear-out. He knew it was Italian because he knew his granfather had brought it back from Norhern italy while serving in the Navy just after WW2.
He had never heard of the RSI. Just thought it was regular Italian Army.

The total height including the bezel is 8" The Gold (Brass ?) part is 5" so this would be one of the smaller ones.

The bottom of the nickle plated bezel looks like it has been sawn off as the edge is uneven.

It would be nice to see a period photo of one or one from a collection for comparrison.

I have a couple of helmets that I would appriciate an opinion on. I will post later today.
