Hey people, Hope all is well with all of you. This is another picture of an item my grandfather picked up in Italy. It seems to be a medal for professional fascist artists. I was wondering if it is rare. Thank you in advance

I think you're on the right track. It seems to be from a major manufacturer of medals - Castelli e Gerosa.
