Hi, Can anyone give some opinions about this italian hat. It's a good one or fake?

I am no expert on Italian head gear but it certainly looks good to me.

This one was offered to me and the story is that it belonged to a captain of the 3rd Savoia Cavalry Regiment in the east front. I really appreciate some help to know if it's a good item and what would be a fair price. Thanks.

I really have no experience with this, but a similar hat attributed to an artillery regiment is selling for $335 on the Collector's Guild. I'm not sure if the Eastern Front provenance is worth ~$700 more to you or not...

A hat like this would bring maybe 350 to 400 USD much to high for this hat. Overall sound condition
