today I start this work but over time will add many more examples of my collection, I decided to start from a selection of badge button P.N.F. member (National Fascist Party); during WW2 every Italian, military or civilian had to be in writing to the Party and always show on the civilian clothes the button badge of belonging.
There was a "first type" with oval form and with a central "Fascio" of Ancient Rome "Republican type", with the ax in the middle of the fasces; this was the rarest model used by the Fascists of the first hour, remained in use from 1919 to 1924.
In 1925 came the new version, called "Mod. 1925", which remained in use until the end of the war, had a different form with in the middle a "Fascio" of "Imperial type" with the ax blade moved on on the one side.
Many manufacturers were involved in producing it, also were realized examples with synthetic material in war economy; below are the best quality models created by the most famous manufacturers:
