    Default Para Trousers?

I have just found these in my loft. Apart from the unusual camo pattern, I have no idea what they are.

They are clearly designed as overtrousers, with padded knees; perhaps for parachuting? They have cargo side pockets, and access pockets on the hips presumably to get at the pockets of the trousers underneath.

Any help in identifying them would be useful!

That italian camo was in use for quite a time, as Crazy Horse has pointed out, the Germans utilised the stocks of this camo towards the end of WW2, ... but the same camo was still used for quite a time after.
No doubt there is a specialist here somewhere which can clear up the time frame of these trousers ..

Gary is right, I don't even know if they are para pant's. I know an old man in new Brunswick Canada that has some Italian cammo, he sews his own stuff, he made me an action cover for my mauser, even used the old type cup buttons, he is good , could make a good faker
