Quarta Armate Medal

I recently obtained this medal and would like the opinions of the forum members. Is it an original? The lack of a hallmark is a concern. Also were these awarded or were they privately purchased.

Hi Scott,
this is a post war medal for veterans, the official model was produced in golden bronze and behind it was written "GUERRA 1915-1918", while below there was the mark of the manufacturer.
Also the glazes were different, as you can see in this link.
