Regia Aeronautica cap

Article about: Buon giorno! To mark my first foray into the Italian sector of the forum, I would just like to show my RA officer’s service dress cap (the RA being my primary direction in Italian militaria)

Good idea ; there are many interesting places for a military history’s enthusiast (a nice museum, the Rocca Janula, war memorials, etc.), but the Monastery alone worth the visit for everyone.

I misspoke in my earlier post. It was the Gustav Line I meant to say, but that line was not the right one. A spur of the Gustav Line, the Adolf Hitler Line manned by the 14th Panzer Corps ran through the town of Fondi, where my great grandmother was born and family still resides.

On the other side of my family, my great grandfather returned to Messina, Sicily in 1936, after 30 years, reuniting with the wife and children who weren't allowed in to the US, and he passed in 1942 at almost 90 yrs old.
