Is this a WWII GIL badge

CIL Confederazioni Italiana del Lavoro (Italian Confederation of Labor) with Mussolini era Fascist symbols. The CIL was Catholic and 80 per cent rural.

Second largest trade union in Italy in its day.

Looks to be a Italian Mussolini-Youth organisation badge G.I.L. (Gioventu Italiana del Littorio)
