I have saved and uploaded your pics as normally from a hosting site the pictures go away and makes the thread no use. Hi and welcome to forum, I will have a look when time permits and try and see who the maker is, in the mean time Markus or David North might see the thread and give you an answer as they specialise in SA buckles

in fact a nice original buckle .

But by early SA it is most difficult to make out a maker.

Here i want not say shure but can be a Assmann , because the ears and post sleeve IMO very similar to other early Assmann buckles .

A guess would be Linden & Funke. They have the extra detail work on the swastika similar to this.

this detail work are also find on horizontal Swastika buckles by Assmann .

All other features IMO not similar to L&F .

Here to comparison a Assmann with horizontal swas .

Not the similar ears and also the post sleeve and eagle desighn. Buckle is marked RZM 17 (Assmann) :

I would have said Assmann purely on the prongs Markus to be honest, it was my first initial thought
