155/40: Oh dear, a fake!

I bought this SS buckle some time ago thinking it was real. It is the only buckle in my collection I did not find myself. I did have a SS buckle I found myself in the North of France, but I sold it to buy other Heer stuff, and because I also came across alot of "empty" belts I thought I'll buy a buckle for one.
Having spent hours on the fake-thread of this site I now strongly think this is a fake too. If its fake it a rather good fake, but the colour isn't right, and there is no ring between the eagle and its wings. I only learned to look to these things 2 days ago on this forum!
I'm sure you guys will pick it out in seconds!

To me the rust would give it away ...eigther it rusts eighter it doesn't rust ! But it does not rust partialy!!

That is indeed a fake would you put that in the fake sections please?

Also do you mind me using these pictures and I will put this buckle into my new thread and explain why it is a fake?

the day fakers will leave that fake aging/rusting away, it will be a bit more difficult for us.So far...
