    Another way to indentify fake SS steel buckles?
    Please forgive me if this has been posted before and remove the thread.
    I noticed on the last SS buckle posted on here (i stole the photo) that there are grooves in the sides of the buckle which i've marked, my own fake SS buckle has these same marks as do others posted on here.
    I have noticed the marks on my fake Heer buckle too, but all of my genuine steel buckles don't have these grooves which must be the result of the good quality of the dies used in production.
    Would genuine buckles have passed TR quality control with the grooves?....

    You actually get these on reals one as well. the marks are from the folding tool
