Hi, sorry I believe this buckle to be a cast fake , the eagle and swastika are poor on the front and rear of the buckle the catch and ears also , and it appears aged but please also wait for other opinions.

John, you are correct, the buckle is indeed a fake that has been aged (I don't think these are cast but pressed steel)

Thanks Ben, glad to hear my gut feeling was right, the buckle shown looks very much like one I posted for opinions when I was trying to find a good one for myself

Abel if you take a look at the sticky's threads on SS buckles these will show you the differences between original and fake ones and save you getting ripped off as they did me
