Can You help me with this belt?

hello,sorry for starting the thread in wrong section but i have no idea what kind of belt it is and i've choosen the most popular category.Did anyone can identificate an attached belt?(if this is possible)the belt have one meter of length and is marked ''100'' and a four digit number(propably 0080)on one side.the inner colour is dark brown.best regards
