It is an SS brocade belt and buckle. It would be for dress/parade use If I am not mistaken. I am not qualified to judge the authenticity. My honor is loyalty is the rough translation on the buckle which ties it to the SS. Others with background in SS material should chime in soon. We do not appraise items. If you check the fake SS Officers sticky thread this is the first buckle shown. The Brocade is very bad quality nothing close to the real thing.
