Late war O&C steel SS buckle

Hi guys, hopefully I learnt my lessons from earlier posts and bought a genuine example - the condition seems better than average. Is everyone in agreement on this one, or did I miss a trick?

Thanks guys, good to know Im finally getting my eye in on these. Couldn’t have done so without help from the sticky posts on the subject in this forum. I hate to think of all the money that is wasted on the numerous fakes around.

I notced a bit of damage to the right side wing which appears to have been caused buy the process used to join the clip to the other side but noted that on other genuine examples. I imagine the production tolerances were a lot less strict circa 1944.
