The wear on the catch and interior sides of the buckle where a belt rubbed off the plating gives the look of some honest wear. However, the odd crimp at the top near the prong assembly makes me uncertain.
Original
Fake

Ok guys, most of you got this one it is indeed a fake, and a very easy one to spot, look at the catch, its what I call a "wire catch" they never made them so straight away without looking for any red flags you know it is a fake

one more fake ss buckle.... the same story
there no ropes at all
Indeed. As a note, keep in mind that rope been there or not is usefull ONLY if you are comparing a reproduction with what it try to reproduce (the original). Many early SS buckles did not have any rope behind the eagle's head, and one type of 822/37's did not have any (what is interesting is that fakers reproduced the type with rope - with a reproduction having rope - and left alone the scarcer variant without it). So, try to do not create a rule there ...
I have serveral items I would like to know original or fake and approximate worth.
