This may be a Czech copy, measure it and enter the dimensions, copies of this kind do not keep dimension are smaller and thinner, let the pictures rivets, I'm not bad there are inscriptions, letters, etc.

Yes, cast buckle. Imho also artificial aged to hide the crapola and look more actractive..
