SS buckle

My friend has been offered a grouping that so far has been not so good . The buckle is a Overhoff but the head and chest dont look the same to the one in my book also the h is not the same. What do you guys think.. Gary

Ben thank you for looking at this buckle . It seems someone was trying to pass a bunch of junk . He even told my buddy that his dad brought them back .
