Paul, if you look in the SS makers you will see an original one in there, compare the eagle, ears, makers mark, wings to the one you have shown, you will see the differences

Ben thanks for the explanation, buckles are not one of my strongest collecting areas although i didn't like this one when i saw it especially the makers mark and wings so the explanation of it's faults is appreciated

is this "Electrician" buckle good or bad??

The buckle is indeed a fake, if you look at my new thread I have done it explains why it is a fake and how to spot them
