Ben, you thinking it might be off? The seller does not want to offer a return policy as he is himself not sure of originality. The buckle looks pretty silver from where I'm sitting.
BTW what would be the proper measurements?

Hi Tom , the colour is much better is this pic than the ones you initially were given, I like it mate and would have it myself, nice original buckle in very good condition
