SS EM Buckle: Maker?

Hi Guys,

Posting this belt & buckle set on behalf of an interested friend. These are out of my collecting focus and so if anyone can help us out it would be much appreciated. I have a good feeling about originality... Interesting as it's being said to have some RODO features even though it is my understanding that 99.9% of all unmarked steel SS EM buckles were made by Overhoff between 1943 and 1945.

Thanks for the help, guys I was pretty sure it was Overhoff...not sure why he was saying Rodo was considered (the catch feet perhaps?) Anyways, I don't know if it's being sold by itself or as part of a larger buy but what is a fair price (estand/market value) for him to offer for this buckle?

For me Adam if I was buying that as a set I would offer $400-450 but again that is what it is worth to me
