SS Officers Buckle 36/40 Help!

Last one for awhile, I promise lol. Looking for a Yea or Nay on this supposed 36/40 Officers buckle. The Patina (for one thing) alone is making me say Nay, but wanted to ask the community before completely disregarding. I'll add to the Known Fake Thread if so

Yes, and after a Google Image search (figured it wouldn't work) it shows the exact same images on Russian/Netherlands sales sites claiming the same as seller. Why I didn't try that first for the hell of it, I do not know.
