Nice and harder to find than the more common O & C Ges gesch marked buckles.

Very nice absolutely original finding Adyraphael ,

Early full title motto O&C reverse ampersand ;-) 3 variants of the same type on rear mark, just below the examples: type 1 early mark near the left wing; type 2 early mark down near the left wing; type 3 early mark centered

    Cheers Andrea

    Hello
    Andrea this classification is new?

I wouldn't call these variants unless there is some difference in the size or shape of the lettering. It is just a different positioning of the buckle when it was stamped.

I don't really know if we can call this "new classification" Ivan, and as well Kirby underline "... just a different positioning of the buckle when it was stamped." But anyway are some little differences on same early type. ;-)
