whats going on with it , because the cracks on right wing on frontside ?

I must concur with Markus, I would like to see more of the prong sleeve but for me original that has been a bit battered!

yes a outstanding Original with little damage ,i see .

Buckle has been damaged with Bent over side then re-straightened with vice grips or pliers thus the crack we see & marks where the tool has gripped the buckle imo.
