So i will write it like this F-u-c-k-i-n-g hell. Basically it's a pun.
Hell in German means something bright. I.e. the sun is very bright (hell) today. And F u cking is a village in Austria which is pronounced fooking. Therefore the meaning is that it's a bright beer dedicated to the village of fooking
