Another german m34 helmet question

Got a chance to get this helmet cheap and just want to make 100% sure it's ww2 era,to me it looks good but want to get your guys opinion before I get it,if it is ww2 era then I am going to take the liner out and use it for my other m34 I posted here, below are the pics , plmk

Yes it is WW2 helmet.
Finding this type of helmet with decals is rare,it is a late war made shell.

I'd be inclined to leave it be as well. For one, is it even the
same size - it appears to be a very small lid.........
