Any chance with this Wehrmacht decal?

Hi all! i have bought this helmet from the narva battle, and i can see there is still winter camo, and a little bit of what i thing is a wehrmacht decal, right?

i would like to know how can i clean the helmet better in order to take of the decal more clear? (if its posible) or how to clean the rest of the helmet, i don't like to use acid oxalic, cause i think the winter camo or the decal may go out

If the decal is under the grey paint leave it there , that's how the soldier wore his helmet: Decal hidden.

And Klinger, why do you think that? the helmet come from the river narva, not from a ditch, the liner it's not fixes with the helmet, and the belt has got winter camo too.
when i bougth this helmet i bought it with other 2, and only this has the liner, the liner has got all the marks, and looks like it's all in order.

i think if the liner was in this helmet while someone shot the hole in picture 2 inside then the liner dose not survie that and the pins are gone as well so i guess someone puttet this one inside from a noter one for some reason, looks good but was just a guess, and somehow the wear dose not really fit together as well, but still a nice helmet and a nice liner as well
