Article about: I found this on ebay but I dont know how authentic it is due to its low price. If someone can help me figure out how real it it that would be great!

    Hi, and welcome to the forum.

    This is a fake camo painted upon an ex-Norwegian shell. Note the colour of the paint and the liner.

    Certainly could have, have seen them in yellow before. With this one though you can see the sanding maks and the artificial aging, so I would give this one much hope

    If you're a beginning collector with a limited budget, the reissued helmets are a good way to go, as they are still original german helmets...
