Here one from my collection look at the party decal the police there is a number of different decal.But the one from your is a very well known fake.
What is WA?

Yes poor fake decals and note how they are flaking off.

I found it ,the seller is also selling a fake luftschutz helmet .

I had guessed as much , on the party shield there is a distinct darker ring where it meets the inner white circle and i had a quick look around for party decals and could not find the same effect ,and also the birds leg area not quite right.

Hi , the decals are poor fakes as already said,it is a shame as I quite like these beaded police helmets. Leon.
