Camo Kreigsmarine M40

Article about: The helmet is a Quist marked Q64 with lot #353. The chinstrap is stamped Wilhelm Ellers im Bielffeld. The decal is a definite gold adler and not one that has yellowed with aged lacquer. The

    The helmet is a Quist marked Q64 with lot #353. The chinstrap is stamped Wilhelm Ellers im Bielffeld. The decal is a definite gold adler and not one that has yellowed with aged lacquer.     very nice camo Q even if IMHO it's a toned Heer . The decal is the "other type" (non BF) used by Q and another with the same lot Nbr and decal is listed as a Heer helmet too .

    Beautiful helmet, Bob. However I have to disagree with you on the decal. In my honest opinion I think it is a toned Heer.
