Captured helmets

Article about: Got 'em Kris! I don't see any problems with that lid! Second opinion is always good though just to make sure. Good luck! Rob

Yes it was a Heer eagle and tri-color shield. Still a nice lid don't you think?

Darn right! I think DD M35's are much harder to find than M42 Combat police lids....nice ones anyways. I also think they have such a ww2 look to them!
Did it look anything like this? This is my example; an M35 DD

    Cheers!

I would think so....Helmets like my example are easily going for anywhere from $2300US to $2600US (if not more on some dealer sites). 1000Euro is a good price - but a lot depends on condition!
Good luck! I think it's worth the drive....it's not that far.

    Cheers!

    Hey Rob,
I have got the helmet (by the way it seems a KM to me!!)with me for a week, I can return it if it does not satisfys me.
But to me it looks good, just one thing that bothers me.
Can I send you some pictures in a PM; I will gladly show it on the forum , but as it isn't mine yet, i prefere to wait.
