A clean Luftwaffe helmet

Article about: Here's a new one I just added , it's an SE 62. Judging by the liner almost unused , quite possible it even never had a strap. Apart from a few nicks the paint is nice and still rough.

    Thanks William, i suppose there are a number of possiblities but these ones mentioned sound to be the more plausible, but it is a shame that although these liners are virtually untouched, this one little blemish tends to mar other wise perfect helmets but never the less the one Frank has shown is worthy of a top place in any collectors display and i would love to own it

    Dave eventually it's the sum of all parts you have to take into account. I usually look at the decal first , lighty used liner or heavy used does not matter as long as it is complete.
    I don't mind a tear in the leather but it should fit with the overall look. Very personal choices perhaps , I avoid decals with no heads and swastikas but that's a separate debate altogether ;-)
