A couple German Helmets

I bought these at gun shows. the Heer helmet from a guy walking around who stated that he brought it back. The luft I bought from a dealer. The Heer helmet has a couple layers of paint on it one layer was white. The marks on the inside are ck then I cant read the rest. The Luft is ET 66. Gary

Hi Gary, good decent helemts. It is a pity that someone has tried to expose the Heer decal. But this was often done in the past until people became more educated in collecting.

Ade I agree it is a pity. I still like that helmet. If a past owner didnt scrap the paint off you wouldn't be able to see the white paint so in my book it is what it is. Gary
