Dutch helmet with swastika and lion's decal

I have never seen that decal before. Here is an old thread with another type of swastika decal on a dutch helmet. Schuma dutch helmets and decals

to me it dose not look like wwii more like something before as the swastika was used for a lot of stuff before

hey Klinger,
you are right in a way, but the eighter the swatika is the other way around or horizontal ,as your pictures show.
But the way it stands on the helmet is more like one (I) would expect of a TR related theme.

The cross held by the lions make me think czchekoslovakian....

The oak leaves and the placement of the swastika also seem to me to be TR. It may be a low production decal such as for a region or city.

There you go! If Ade says so, it is true. I knew somebody would recognize this. Ade, are there any other photos of this decal? I looked all over for Danzig coat of arms, heraldry, nazi decal etc. and do not see anything like this with or without the swastika. I see some similar symbols but not with both a griffin and a lion and certainly none with the oak leaf wreath and swastika.
