    Sorry but the decals are reproductions and the paint is not what is expected of an SA/FHH helmet.

    Gents, an M17 Austro-Hungarian helmet shell with original metal liner band, albeit someone has fitted a German M16 type liner on top of it ! probably faked as an SA helmet due to the colour, similiar, but as Doug has stated not the correct colour, a nice shell (rare in its own right!) ruined.

    If the decals can be removed completely, and without damage to the lid,
    it will still be a nice helmet............................!
