GERMAN HELMET LINER or NORWEGIAN or JUNK ???

what are your thoughts on this liner
i was thinking Norwegian?? but I always thought they were dyed red and were german
the liner band is german for sure

Liner leather and chinstrap are not very good replicas. Not German or Norwegian.

POST WW2 for sure. It has got the brass domed rivets indicative of Norwegian reissue but liner is certainly not been dyed.
The straps sort of look Czech and lack of liner holes would also place it post war - possibly Yugoslavian as they had no perforations.

I think its Czech, at least the leather is.
The steel band is German, as you already know.

IMO Czech leather on a German band. Could be Yugo but I've never seen one of those so I defer to Dan on that one
