German helmet real of fake ?

I need your opinion again ... real or fake ?

The shell looks OK, but the decal is a fake - you wouldn't get one of those on an M42 helmet. Can't comment on the liner & chinstrap, pictures are too poor.

Hi, agree with Steve about the fake decal, also, the chinstrap and liner are not correct in my opinion.

From the pics you have the liner looks bad. As stated there wouldn't be a national tri colored decal on an M42. The shell itself looks decent but better pics would help out. I'd Pass if I were you

Yes, I agree with the others. Original shell, repainted with fake decals, and (probably) a fake chinstrap and liner.
