German luftwaffe Helmet

Hey boys, I'm getting it, yeah I know it's messed but I kinda like it, and for $230 it's O.K (I think)

But is there anything I can do to "restore" it well, move some of the paint? get it to look a little better?

If you're careful with aceton and a cutter. There are already a lot of scratches in the helmet of the previous owner trying to move the paint though. He was probably too violent at it.

Be cautious when you do.
