german m40 ? luft ?

I read and learn a lot on this forum. Im not a poster. But now i need your help on this helmet. Its a find from the battlefields of Holland, with some battle damage.
What kind of helmet is this? I cant find stamps on the inside because of the poor condition. One side of the helmet is in good condition because of the wet ground. The decal side is rusty. Is that the luftwaffe eagle ? this helmet is very small compared to the others i have.
Every information is welcome. Uncluding a value?

It looks to have been a Luft yes. Shell is made by SE.

yep, lufty. thats a nice relic lid with liner and a little of the decal showing. Maybe $100 - $150 USD??? relics usually arent real high, but with liner and a little decal showing, i'd pay in that price range if i really wanted it.
