German M42/40 helmet

first off sorry for this if its in the wrong place.

been a long time reader on here but not really posted.

anyway today tried to sell my helmet on ebay today but it was removed due to the swatstika even though i covered it up.

Was wandering if anyone can point me in the right direction into where i can sell it? i think its a lovely piece but im more into collecting the medals and this was given to me by a friend.

He got it off his grandad about 20 years ago and he grabbed it at the end of the war, most likely as a souveneir.

cheers for the replys also had a few pms off ppl here also had a load of ebay asking me whether if im still willing to sell it though it got pulled lol

can i kindly ask how much is it actually worth? rather ask you guys as from what ive read over the last few months you guys seem to be very honest.

By the way i forgot to post in the original those spots on top of the helmet is what i believe to be brown paint, havent tried to get them off as wouldnt want to damage it.
