99% of German Medic helmets are fake, heck that probably goes for US Medic lids also. add another .9 for being on ebay, that makes these 99.9% fake lol these threads pop up on here all the time, you are better off looking for a unicorn on ebay!

Hold the phone could be Hospital why do folks immediately only think of a combat scenario on these lids?
They are no experts on these everyone is on their own I'd take a chance if I had the money you can always send it back after a hands on. I like the look of the white paint contacted the seller seems a decent gent to me I also kind of like the red but needs a serious hands on, never say never imo.
Re winter white there is a picture that floats about but actually the medic has tied strips of cloth over his helmet not paint if I remember correctly.

Seriously mate this was painted about 3 weeks ago !! Of course the seller is a nice gent , he wants to sell this for big bucks , plus i'm not sure why you would want a White camo helmet in the Feldlazerret , maybe to blend in with the sheets !!

The point of posting here is so everyone isn't on there own and they can take into consideration the opinion of those who may have more experience in the field !

In the sellers description it says;

Authentic, but has been painted.

So if anyone still thinks it is worth wasting their money on, I suggest they need to go to spec savers.
