German Steel Helmet - M34?

Found this recently at a flea market sale. No decals. No liner. The swastika is painted on both sides and shows signs of rusting through. The only marking inside the helmet it a diamond "T" that someone has marked V+ in pencil. Is this an old M34? Just curious to find more information on this helmet.

Hi there, yes you are correct it is a wartime produced M34 fire / police helmet. the T in diamond indicates production by the Thale steelworks. The swastikas are unusual and I think likely post war applied.
