Value is however much you want it. What is the seller asking for it?
I understand that value is what you want to pay for it but there is an approximate market value.
I am asking what these things go for generally in the US.
He is looking for $750.
Wasn't the value given in post #2? Since no one posted a reply dissenting, isn't that pretty much sufficient?

$750 seems a bit too high for my taste. At local auctions I have seem them go for $350 to $475. but that's just my opinion.

I agree 750 is way to high, at a flea market I saw a German red cross helmet for 325. I should have took a picture of the thing to post on here.
