    Hi,

I'm looking for a nice Heer helmet and just found this. I know it isn't the greatest, but it is listed for $800 (USD) I've seen plenty of similar helmets being offered at $1200 and up. What do you think, it is a good deal? I do wish it had a chin strap though.

800$ is a correct price for this helmet.

Thank you. What is your opinion on the helmet? Would you personnally buy a matching chin strap to go along with it?

That's a personal preference. I'm not big into adding straps, but some people are. If you're worried about adding a strap than I would just buy a similar helmet that already has the strap. Up to you.

Of course it's a matter of personal preference I'm simply always interested in hearing (reading) what you guys think!

Thank you! I will probably be buying it. I just don't want to rush and regret it later! I'm still searching for reputable websites.

    Great to hear!

What about you, Leon, would you add a chin strap? I find them to be quite expensive in relation to what they are, but I don't really want to put a reproduction on an original helmet...
