Helmet ID please

Can someone help me to identify this helmet, please? It looks like a WWII shell with a postwar liner, and I would like to know more about it. Thank you for any help.

You have actually summed it up. Wartime repainted shell with post war liner & chinstrap.

You actually have a rare maker/size. size 62s are very hard to come by

They are quite common actually. 60's are a little more difficult but not that uncommon. 70s are the most difficult to find.

68 is hard to find but not as hard to find as 70.
i only have one 68 helmet, no 70's
