Help with manufacturer marks on a civic fire helmet

Hello all, anyone recognize the manufacture marks on this no decal civic fire helmet? Stamped on both the inner leather and the rear skirt. Looks very similar to the Mercedes logo. Any help or opinions are always appreciated. Thank you, Mike

I see no other stamps on the helmet or leather. There is a very faint, partial name inked in the liner.
