Article about: second one looks like a good Quist luft M35, first half of 1940 I would bet. Steel pins and reinforced liner band. double decal or EX-double decal?

    It's not a reissue, but a nice Luftwaffe M40 single decal helmet.
    Liner has suffered a bit, but still a nice example, I like it.

    Thank you brad can you tell me a little ab it paint? Liner & maybe a price a guy offered me 500 on it

    If you are selling it at $500, I reckon you are doing well.
    Paint is the original blue/grey finish with a bit of normal wear.
    I can't tell the maker of the liner, but the shell is manufactured by ET and is a size 64 (cm).
    The colour of the pins holding the liner in is not a match but this is seen often.
    Is it possible to get a few pics of the inside view of the legs of the pins?
    You will have to carefully pull back the liner away from the shell to do this, but if the leather in the liner is dry/fragile, it might be a bad idea,
    and further damage the leather.
