Identify this M35/40

Hello everybody!

Could you please help me identify this helmet. I really don´t know much at all about them myself. What model is it and does it seem original? Decal? Value? The liner seems even to my untrained eye to be a newer replacement.

Hi, under the postwar paint there may be a genuine shell,but the paint and liner are postwar as is the chinstrap,the decal is a modern copy,hope this helps,have a look at the liner in mine and note they dont have holes in the forehead area of leather, rgds Dave
