    For some reason I can't expand the photos. wanted to look at the liner...looks stuffed in there. Maybe too big for the shell.

    Looks to be a decent m42 with replacement liner string. This helmet would fit into a 400.00 budget. BUT I would like to see better close up pictures before I spent the money. I would pass a save a little more money. Marty

    The original shell you posted had some poorly applied repro decals. They were not even trimmed to the edge. The M42 is looking a little grungy. I agree with the others - save your cash for something better. NH

    Well that m42 I can get for $125 but I think it's a Czech reissued helmet

    NH, yea that shell I posted was reworked but I got it anyways for 2 m1 late 70's helmets that were collecting dust
